Overview
Confined Spaces for Managers is designed to enable the delegate to understand the danger of working in and around Confined Spaces. The delegate will be made aware of the importance of recognising and identifying confined spaces and the associated hazards, so that the risks can be managed appropriately.
Who Should Attend?
This course is aimed at anyone who may be required to manage people who work in confined spaces.
Aims and Objectives
- To provide delegates with an increased awareness of the key hazards that can exist in confined spaces
- To provide delegates with an understanding of the controls needed to manage risk from these hazards
- To provide delegates with an understanding of the procedures that need to be followed in an emergency involving confined spaces.
- To ensure delegates can Identify a confined space as defined in the Confined Space Regulations
