WISE™ (Wireless Inspection Safety Extranet) is a multi-award winning SHE Software. Your Sites locations will be visited at a frequency defined by you the client. The inspections are completed electronically on our WISE™ system and will be sent instantly from site to your desired email distribution list. The Inspection report will also be instantly viewable on our secure WISE™ website. Add comments, upload images and close out observations. This provides a management function to run reports to identify trends within the business or supply chain and run comparisons against industry performance.

How Is WISE™ Safety Used?
WISE™ safety is a web-based system that wirelessly transfers inspections to our National Team of Safety Advisors.
Our Safety Advisors all carry iPads with bespoke software that allows them to complete their inspection reports whilst on site and for the Client's Personnel/Clients responsible person to sign the screen of the completed report. The signature is retained electronically on the web version of the report. The WISE™ Safety report is then sent to a distribution list that can be modified for the specific site, region, or client.

At Safety Services (UK) Ltd, our API and Extranet are highly secure. We use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your WISE™ Safety information safe.
Safety Services (UK) Ltd automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our Wise Safety site, our servers check that you’re using an approved browser – one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches our site, it is held on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.
