- Examples of any project briefings, pre start meetings (meeting minutes, toolbox talk attendance where RAMS have been briefed out to the operatives etc.)
- Evidence where Welfare has been arranged – project plans, CPP, copy of order/delivery notes for hiring etc.
- 2 x reference contact details for past works undertaken (name of company, name of contact, address & telephone number)
